First let me start by saying thank you for your interest and purchase of Ebony Luxuries products. I believe you have made a great choice.
RETURN POLICY FOR BATH PRODUCTS:
I can not accept anything back that has been opened. I have samples available for you to purchase just in case you may not like the scent of a product. Samples are non-refundable. Soap samples are free but you will have to pay shipping. I do not have these listed as of yet, but they will be soon.
RETURN POLICY FOR OTHER ITEMS:
Items must be returned within 48 hours from date received for a refund. You must pay for the shipping and there is a $5.00 charge for returned items.
To repair damaged items you must ship back to me and there is a repair fee depending on the damage done. You must pay for the shipping of the items to and from my address for the repair.
Scrunchies are doubled the original sale cost for the item to repair or replace. Other repair fees vary.
